Duties Include:

• Work with clients and Sales staff to ensure excellent service to fortune 500 companies
• Generating reports thru excel for various business units
• Work with clients on Business Outages and Service Issues
• Conduct weekly meeting with customers
• Light upselling to new services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Great communication skills
• Able to handle the demands of customers and Sales staff
• Promotability to larger accounts and responsibilities
• Prior customer service or client experience a plus
